CAPACITY BUILDING
Our Capacity Building program will be a unique approach where Athletes, newcomers, and communities can enjoy our development strategy, activities, and aim to combat on a comprehensive scale to help deliver programming for Indigenous Youth. In addition to traditional lectures and presentations, the workshops will also feature hands-on activities and case studies that allow participants to put their new knowledge into practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with their peers and share best practices and ideas for building successful hockey programs.
We are encouraging First Nations, Métis Chartered Communities, Friendship Centres, Urban Programs, and other not-for-profit Indigenous organizations to participate in our programs.
